As per our Privacy policy, we never share information about our customers, vendors etc. with any third party except in case of need by Law enforcement agencies or with delivery partners and payment partners. For example, we use third-party service providers to fulfill orders for products or services, and to deliver packages. We never stores informations such as customer's payment credentials(Net-banking, Debit or Credit card details etc.). As for this purpose we use payment gateways, at which customer uses its credentials to pay for order and then our payment partner send us the response in it.
We use services like Google Analytics. They use Cookies to gather website usage data and gather behavior of people that use our Services, such as the pages they visit, duration of visit and the referral pages before visiting our websites.

For OTP(one-time-passcode), currently we use only emails not sms. You should always notice that if your are getting emails from emails ending with i-elect.in(example - care@i-elect.in). Never respond emails from other email service provider, it they show that email is sending by I-Elect.
